As a Store Manager at NEW MAGS Store in Copenhagen, you will be responsible for creating an inspiring universe of design books and accessories. You are independent, results-driven, structured in your approach and have a strong winning mentality.
Most importantly, you have the drive to ensure the continued development of the store and create positive results.
In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the store, you will also be responsible for organizing events such as book launches, 3 Days of Design and co-labs in close collaboration with the marketing team. The role will also include smaller tasks related to sales support.
Your responsibilities:
Create exceptional customer experiences for every visitor
Ensure that the store meets its targets, both in terms of sales and activities
Maintain an inspiring, welcoming and well-presented store
Take responsibility for the daily operation and continued development of the store
Plan and execute events, book launches and collaborations
About you:
Your previous industry experience is not the most important thing to us, although experience from retail would naturally be an advantage.
You are proactive, take ownership and work in a structured way.
You are good at planning, executing and following tasks through to completion.
You enjoy talking to people and have an outgoing and social personality.
If you have an eye for photography and enjoy taking pictures, that is also an advantage, but not a requirement.
You are fluent in English and comfortable communicating with an international customer base.

Preferably 1. October, or as soon as possible.
