Utsuwa Katachi - The Beauty Within

This is the second volume of UTSUWA KATACHI-JAPANESE CERAMICS AND FORMS, which was published in 2016 and gained support from readers mainly in Europe. This book"THE BEAUTY WITHIN" is a collection of works by 17 tableware artists, and was created over a period of more than three years. Why are tableware beautiful? Tableware created by hands that face the earth and are devoted to pottery making contains the heart of the maker and has a definiteness that strikes a chord. Approximately 90 pieces of tableware by contemporary artists, including bowls, plates, tea utensils, sake bottles, and vases, each with their own beauty, are featured.
