Where is the New Mags Store located?
You can find us at Ny Østergade 28, 1011 Copenhagen, Denmark
Is it possible to exchange an item in the store?
It is currently not possible to exchange an online order in the New Mags Store. If you want to return an item from an online order, please read the steps stated in “How do I return?” below.
Payment & Orders
Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?
Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email.
How do I apply a discount code?
Once you’ve added the wished items, proceed to checkout, enter the discount code in the box, click ‘apply,’ and then the discount will be applied to your purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We got you covered! We ship worldwide.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
At the current moment, we only offer free shipping for Danish customers on orders over 499 DKK.
Which delivery options do I have?
You can choose between a pick up point or home delivery.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
If you are ordering from a European country, our delivery time is 4-6 business days. If you are ordering outside Europe, please contact us for more information.
Where is my order?
You will receive a tracking link when your order has left our warehouse.
Refunds, Returns, Exchanges
How do I return?
Please ensure that the items are packed safely and enclose the order confirmation in the package. You will receive your refund once we have approved the condition of the item. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable
How long do I have to return an item?
Please return the unsuitable items within 14 days.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
If you fortunately receive an incorrect or faulty item in the order, please contact us as soon as possible: firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I exchange an item online?
Unfortunately, we are currently not able to process exchanges. You will therefore have to return your item and place a new order. If you are unsure how to return an item, please read the statement in “How do I return?”
What does it mean if a product is available for pre-order?
A pre-order item is an item that hasn’t been released. We will ship as soon as the item is available together with the rest of your order.
